My girlfriend's father past away just last week. This place gave us a quote for servicing my girlfriend's deceased father. We were fine with this quote. When we pulled up to this place, firstly there was no AC, the man helping us was rude. My girlfriend and her mother just lost someone dearly and there was no empathy from the staff. He began telling us about hidden fees that was not mentioned in the quote they gave us over the phone. I highly recommend finding a different location, not only is the staff rude to you after you lost your loved one, they will hit you with hidden fees, and there is no AC while your dealing with all their crap. They will also give you your loved ones ashes in some cheap plastic box that you can buy at the dollar store. Do not bring your loved ones here.

Losing my dad was one of the hardest moments in my life. From the very beginning after his passing of when he was picked up, to his viewing and final cremation, this place made it easy. Tim deserves a gold star for just being a kind hearted individual. My family unfortunately was not financially prepared for his loss but this place made it affordable for us and even offered plans to make the financial process as easy as possible. Thank you Tim and the man who picked up my dad after his passing for just being so kind. I unfortunately do not remember that man's name but I am grateful.

My mother passed away peacefully in her sleep and I found her in the morning. After calling the authorities she was officially pronounced as deceased. She lives in AZ and I am from OH. My mother wanted to be buried in PA. After calling the funeral home in PA, they let me know that someone from All Options Funeral Home would arrive shortly. Cassandra the owner and an additional staff member came to the house. Cassandra was very professional but more importantly extremely compassionate. She immediately removed her jewelry and personally handed it to me. I felt very comfortable placing my mother in her care. Cassandra was so kind. I was unable to express my gratitude at the time, but wish to thank Cassandra and her staff for making me feel confident that my mother would be treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff was amazing! During a very painful time the staff of All Options Funeral Home was there for my family. They were compassionate, attentive to our every need and request. Sandy Khneiger, the funeral director and owner, did absolutely everything we asked and more. The fee for their services was much lower than I had expected but there was no scrimping on the care that they provided to our loved one. I cannot say enough good things about what they did for us. I will recommend All Options to everyone that I know in need. Thanks Sandy and staff!

If I could give Sandy a 10 star review I would. She was an absolute angel to us during the worst few days of our life. We feel like she's a member of our family for how loving, compassionate and kind she is. And Sandy is a maestro at her craft. The way she dressed & did our daughter's makeup and hair and placed her so delicately in the casket, our daughter looked as lovely as she was in life, was simply resting peacefully, and would wake any moment to hug us. We took way longer than expected to say our final farewells in Sandy's lovely chapel and Sandy was so patient with us. Sandy's fees were much lower than other funeral homes we received quotes from but her personal attention was so much better that I believe she far and away provides much, much more value than her peers. Sandy personally drove our daughter's casket to the cemetery and held our daughter's dog during the graveside service. There was a glitch in the death certificate process and Sandy's team creatively resolved it. I'm recommending All Options to everyone I know. This isn't just a job to Sandy, it's a ministry. Thank you, thank you, Sandy!

Sandy is wonderful! She genuinely cares for her clients and wants the best for all. She was so helpful and compassionate when my mom passed away a year ago and with the recent loss of my dad this year. She connects with everyone on such a personal level and treats them like family. I would highly recommend All Options.

When my Mom was in hospice and we knew the end was near, we had pre planned with SereniCare for her final care. The night she passed and we made the call, we were comforted knowing that they would come quickly, be loving with her body and respond to the family with care; and they did. To see people you know come through the door knowing they are right on top of things was a great comfort. We were able to go dress my Mom to get her ready for the funeral. We were able to do hair, nails, and makeup. It was a quiet, loving environment and it made it a special time to say our last good-byes. The funeral was done so professionally and SereniCare met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Christina Bird and Crew. We will be forever grateful.

The staff at SereniCare was extremely helpful, and sensitive to our families needs during such a rough time. They had several different options for funeral services for us to choose from and were able to provide service at a fair price. With the stress and grief that comes from losing a loved one, the last thing you want to deal with is a company that only wants to empty your bank account and take advantage of you. I felt like SereniCare was on my side from the moment we first met. They made the entire process as easy as possible for the entire family.
